Pam had been recommending books, videos, trainings, conferences, and a variety of other additional learning resources to her coaching clients, until one of her executive clients said, “Pam, if you send me one more link to a book, I’m going to scream.” Her clients didn’t have the time to wade through reams of paperwork and books to get the nuggets Pam was trying to get them to learn.

We knew exactly what Pam needed: a learning platform with a series of short micro courses that would take her clients 5 to 15 minutes to learn a topic.

The URL dr created a LearnWorlds learning management system site with 125 micro courses in a variety of business soft skill subjects that Pam wanted to teach her clients. From leadership to team building to personal development, we had a course that met Pam’s training needs.

Online learning and development allowed Pam to move into a larger corporate coaching market. Her platform allowed her to have private teams that could be organization led or academy team led through various e-learning modules.
